Stan’s background spans hands-on engineering, systems architecture, and product delivery across hardware, software, and data-driven systems. 

 

He has often worked in environments where the technology was novel, timelines were tight, and it hadn’t been done before. He enjoys operating at the intersection of disciplines, helping teams turn complex ideas into tangible solutions that can be built, tested, and deployed in the real world.

 

Stan’s role on the team is complementary, focused on delivery, integration, and productization, and helping ensure that the great work happening in their labs and design sessions translates cleanly into deployable systems and successful customer outcomes. Stan is someone who helps remove friction, clarifies priorities, and keeps efforts aligned with what’s funded, promised, and needed next.

 

His working style is collaborative and hands-on. As an engineer, Stan is comfortable getting into the details with scientists and other engineers. He like to ask practical questions and help think through tradeoffs around scope, timing, and readiness, especially as we move toward near-term installations and pilots.
